Our Gold Plan is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals that allows you to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices. There are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, no limitations, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. Benefits begin immediately on plan registration and can only be used at Smile Brightly.

Gold Plan Benefits Include:

  • 2 teeth cleanings
    • Up to 2 exams & routine cleanings
  • Necessary X-rays
    • Full Mouth or Panoramic 1x/3yrs, Bitewings 1x/1yr, additional as needed
  • Up to 2 fluoride treatments
  • 1 included emergency appointment and a $50.00 copay for additional exams
    • Includes any necessary x-rays required
  • 10% off on all other dental treatments!
    • Includes implant related-services and cosmetics
    • Does not include orthodontics or clear aligners
  • $500.00 voucher for Clear Aligners

For our periodontal patients and senior wellness patients who need an extra cleaning, we offer the Gold Plan Plus for $499, which includes an extra cleaning per year.

  • $399 primary account holder
  • $748 per couple
  • $299 for dependent children under the age 23
  • $499 for periodontal patients

The average American with dental insurance still pays around this much per year. Even privately sourced dental insurance for an individual is around $600 per year.

All plan membership fees are payable in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Plan duration is for one year from the registration date. Full payment for treatment is due at the time of service to receive a 10% discount. When using a payment plan for treatment, your gold member discount will be reduced by half.



Terms & Conditions

  • This dental savings plan is NOT dental insurance. It cannot be combined with any other insurance. It is only valid at this dental office; care from other providers and specialists is not included. Plan fees are subject to change.
  • There are no pre-existing condition limitations.
  • There are no waiting periods or a yearly maximum!
  • The plan starts the day you sign your contract and ends exactly 1 year later.
  • Patient's portion of the bill must be paid in full with a personal check or credit/debit card on the day of service to receive the 10% discount benefit.
  • CareCredit or financing cannot be used with this plan to get the 10% discount on services. When using a payment plan for treatment, your gold member discount will be reduced by half.
  • The yearly fee is non-refundable. No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if participant decides to not utilize dental plan.
