Do you have to have my Social Security Number on the History Form?
If we will be filing your dental benefit claims for you, many benefit plans require identifying information including your social security number.
How do I know if you take my insurance?
As a courtesy for our patients, we will file claims for most benefit plans. So that you know what benefit your plan will provide for you, please contact the plan administrator.
Is Dr. Hannon in my network?
The design of your benefit plan may limit your choice of dentist. So that our patients have the freedom to choose their dental care professional, Dr. Hannon is not contracted with dental benefit plan providers.
Do you have Saturday hours?
Although we do not offer hours on Saturdays, most of our patients prefer to flex their schedules and arrive first thing in the morning or schedule for the last appointment of the day Monday through Thursday.
Do I have to have x-rays?
X-rays are an important part of comprehensive care for our patients. We use digital x-ray technology in our office which uses 90% less radiation than regular x-rays and provides immediate diagnostic information beyond the clinical exam.
